Job summary

Smile Kitchens is hiring a Marketing Executive to own a broad mix of content, email marketing, website updates, SEO and reporting. You will work with the Marketing Manager and broader business, taking ownership, spotting opportunities, and driving commercial outcomes in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

The role offers hybrid working with 3 days in Blackburn and a proactive, autonomous culture. 3+ years in marketing and strong SEO/CRM skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication and a good eye for detail.
• Commercially curious, you come up with ideas that move the numbers and you execute them well.
• Able to influence stakeholders and get initiatives moving.
• Good understanding of SEO best practice.
• Digitally confident and comfortable managing website content.
• Organised, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Happy with change and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial scale-up.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing role.

Responsibilities

• Drive organic growth with keyword and content strategy.
• Plan and produce SEO-driven blogs and pages.
• Own day-to-day content and product/landing pages.
• Build and manage CRM campaigns and email sequences.
• Analyze CRM performance and drive improvements.
• Write clear, engaging copy across email, web, and other channels.
• Design clean, on-brand email layouts.
• Own marketing performance reporting.
• Propose commercially minded ideas and gain buy-in.
