The Role & The Impact It Will Make

This is a newly created role, offering the chance to take ownership of the Dynamics 365 CRM system and play a central part in how customer data is managed, used, and brought to life through effective marketing campaigns and drive growth.

You’ll become the internal expert for CRM and traffic growth, responsible for maintaining the system, supporting users, ensuring data integrity, and using the platform to deliver structured, relevant customer communications. It’s a hands-on role that requires technical understanding, curiosity, and the confidence to lead on process improvement.
