Qualifications

• 12+ months experience within a marketing or campaign focused role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
• Confident creating engaging content for different channels and audiences.
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading ability.
• Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Commercial mindset with an understanding of how marketing supports wider business objectives.
• Degree qualified or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create content for websites, case studies, social media, email campaigns, blogs, video and podcasts, as well as scheduling and publishing social content.
• Develop tailored campaigns and collateral around different audiences, products and commercial objectives.
• Use generative AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, build repeatable content workflows and ensure on-brand, compliant output.
• Assist with competitor research, customer insight, marketing calendars and budget administration.
• Support overarching brand voice development across campaigns and channels.
