Our model: Laka supports The Collective with fast claims, fair cost sharing, a guaranteed maximum price and the other essentials of a regulated insurance business. For this service, the collective pays Laka a fee relative to the claims in a month.

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Executive to drive customer engagement, retention and growth. In this role, you will develop targeted lifecycle marketing campaigns, manage essential customer communications, and optimise website content to enhance conversion. You’ll design automated workflows and nurture streams, leveraging CRM tools to create seamless customer journeys. If you have a passion for data-driven marketing, automation, and customer experience, we’d love to hear from you!
Desirable additional language skills: English plus French, German or Dutch are a bonus.
