We're working with a forward-thinking insurance company looking for a Growth & Marketing Executive to help strengthen broker relationships, increase brand visibility, and drive business growth through creative campaigns and digital outreach.

This role blends hands-on marketing with a bit of business development, offering real variety and responsibility. You'll play a key part in supporting product rollouts, building broker engagement, and developing content across email, web, and social media channels.

What you'll be doing: Growth & Marketing Executive

  • Helping to design and deliver digital marketing campaigns.

Creating content for emails, social media, and the company website.

Analysing campaign data and broker engagement to shape future strategy.

Promoting events and supporting their delivery.

  • Supporting broker relationships via phone, email, and occasional face-to-face meetings.
