Sagacity is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing & Demand Generation Manager to own and scale growth initiatives, driving pipeline in collaboration with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams. You will lead ABM programmes, manage HubSpot workflows, and optimise multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, social and content to accelerate revenue growth.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on growth marketing, demand generation, or B2B campaign management in data services, tech, utilities or telecoms.
• End-to-end campaign planning with measurable pipeline/revenue impact.
• Experience running or contributing to ABM programmes.
• Practical experience with HubSpot or equivalent CRM/marketing automation including workflows, landing pages and reporting.
• Understanding of paid media/SEM and how it supports demand generation.
• Strong analytical skills; data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaboration with Sales, Product and Commercial teams.
• Highly organised with planning and prioritisation; manage multiple campaigns.
• Commercially minded and focused on translating activity into pipeline/revenue.
• Keen eye for detail; pride in deliverables.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Flexible, self-motivated and calm under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Own and execute growth and demand generation activity, accountable for pipeline revenue.
• Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, social, and content.
• Lead ABM programmes for target accounts in collaboration with Sales.
• Manage HubSpot campaigns: workflows, landing pages, email journeys, reporting dashboards.
• Partner with the Marketing Associate to plan campaigns, events and content.
• Contribute to paid media planning (SEM and paid social).
• Contribute to marketing strategy, events timetable, and positioning work.
• Shape brand identity, collateral, thought leadership, press, PR, and SEO with teams.
• Track and report campaign/pipeline performance and make data-driven recommendations.
• Support marketing budgeting and reporting.
• Utilise Sagacity tooling (HubSpot, LinkedIn, AMP, So Ampli, In Design, AI tools).
• Maintain awareness of market and competitor activity.
