THE ROLE

As the global Growth Marketing & Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager you will be working with the Director of Audience Growth and Performance to drive engagement and revenue growth by optimising the full digital customer journey-from discovery to conversion-through continuous testing, data-driven insights, and collaboration across marketing, content, and product teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the CRO strategy and roadmap-prioritising A/B testing, multivariate experiments, and funnel analysis to drive measurable improvements in conversion rate and user engagement.
  • Conduct regular site behaviour analysis using various tools, collaborate with UX, content, and product teams for a seamless digital experience, and maintain a prioritized testing backlog to capture and implement learnings.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Audience Growth, and internal teams to strategize, execute, and refine paid campaigns, optimizing ad copy, creative, targeting, and budget.
  • Align paid campaigns with CRO efforts by optimizing landing page experiences, developing conversion-focused journeys, and monitoring campaign performance against KPIs.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance audits to identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with content and product marketing teams to deliver organic content strategies.
  • Build and manage eCommerce strategies across Shopify and other platforms to drive online sales and improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Product and Merchandising teams to ensure the product offering and promotional strategies support commercial goals.
  • Use analytics platforms (GA4, Shopify, Data Studio) to deliver regular reporting and actionable insights across the digital funnel.
  • Collaborate with CRM, social, performance, regional, and brand teams to develop and amplify lifecycle marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and tailored digital strategies for acquisition, engagement, and retention.


WHAT DOES IT TAKE?

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA;

  • Strong experience in digital marketing, with a specific focus on CRO in Ecommerce environments.
  • Proven experience with A/B testing platforms and methodologies to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, Shopify, VWO/Optimizely, Hotjar, SEMrush, Sales Force Marketing Cloud
  • Experience in a fast-paced, multichannel retail environment
  • Demonstrated success working in matrix organizations, agile groups; ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage ambiguity
  • In-depth knowledge of Ecommerce, digital channel and marketing concepts, platforms, tactics and technologies
