A health tech startup is seeking a Growth Marketer to drive inbound and digital growth strategies. You will engage in hands-on activities like SEO tweaks, building landing pages, and managing paid campaigns, contributing directly to the company's ambitious scaling goals in musculoskeletal health. Whether it’s back pain from sitting at your desk or a sports injury from years ago, our workplace wellbeing platform, VIDA, uses motion capture and clinical diagnostics to detect risk factors early and provide tailored support. We’re backed by top UK investors, growing fast, and building the future of MSK health. With 15 people on the team today and big product launches coming, we’re scaling up - and we need someone to take inbound and digital growth to the next level.

The role -Growth Marketer
This is a hands-on role. You’ll need to be comfortable doing a bit of everything: tweaking SEO, building landing pages, setting up LinkedIn ads, and refining HubSpot automations. You don’t need to be an expert in everything from day one - but you do need to be curious, willing to learn, and up for trying new things.

You won’t be doing it alone - you’ll work closely with the founders, sales team and operations team to shape campaigns grounded in real buyer insight. You don’t need to be an expert in everything from day one - but you do need to be curious, willing to learn, and up for trying new things.
What you’ll do day to day:
Run and refine paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google), iterating targeting and creative to drive qualified leads.
Build and test landing pages using Webflow (writing copy, basic design/HTML/CSS tweaks).
Optimise lifecycle marketing (nurture emails, webinar invites, NPS triggers) inside HubSpot.
Get stuck into SEO - from small on-page fixes to testing what helps us rank better over time.
Partner with sales to build account-based ad sets and targeted content offers.
Own weekly growth reporting (CPL, CAC, funnel health) and use data to guide spend.
