Job summary

Base360.ai in Birmingham is seeking a Growth Marketer to help us reach B2C brands and turn attention into signups, leads, and customers. You’ll own growth channels end-to-end, from paid ads and SEO to content and lifecycle campaigns.

You’ll experiment, measure results, and use AI to speed up research, copy, and targeting. This hands-on role lets you move fast and build the growth engine from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Fast learner with ability to own a growth channel.
• Ambitious to become a top growth marketer.
• AI-savvy and able to use modern tools.
• Self-directed and scrappy, able to figure out the how.
• Analytical with data-driven decision making.
• Bonus: hands-on experience with paid, SEO, outbound, content, lifecycle, or marketing to B2C brands.

Responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end to end and measure results.
• Generate leads and drive signups across channels.
• Run fast experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers.
• Use AI to speed research, copy, targeting, automation.
• Build funnels and landing pages that convert and track performance.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning and messaging.
• Track and tell a data-backed story of performance.
