About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, commercially-minded Growth Manager to drive outbound sales, lead generation, and strategic brand partnerships. This role is perfect for someone who’s obsessed with the creator economy, understands what makes a great influencer campaign, and knows how to pitch and close brand deals — big or small.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and research potential brand partners (from emerging start-ups to global names)
  • Build and maintain a robust outbound pipeline via cold outreach (emails, DMs, calls, LinkedIn, events)
  • Use CRM tools to track and manage leads and communications
  • Own the end-to-end outbound sales cycle: prospect, qualify, pitch, and convert
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored influencer campaign solutions
  • Collaborate with the campaigns team to scope deliverables, timelines, and budgets
  • Work closely with the Founder and creative team to refine our brand offering
  • Join and lead sales calls, create proposals and pitch decks that land with clients
  • Bring fresh ideas to our outbound strategy — from content to partnerships to cold outreach hooks

Reporting & Performance

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, conversion rates, and deal flow
  • Share insights to help refine messaging, targeting, and service offerings

You’ll Thrive If You Have…

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development (preferably in influencer marketing, advertising, or digital media)
  • Proven experience generating and converting outbound leads
  • A confident and persuasive communication style (verbal & written)
  • A love for the influencer and creator economy — you understand trends, platforms, and what brands care about
  • CRM and outbound prospecting tool experience (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, SalesNav)
  • A self-starter attitude — you’re hungry to grow and aren’t afraid of rejection or experimentation

Bonus Points For:

  • Existing relationships with brands, agencies, or marketing decision-makers
  • Experience selling creative services, influencer campaigns, or content production
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
