Our client, a fast growth beauty start-up, is looking for a strong Growth Manager to join the team.
The role needs someone with strong experience across TikTok Shop, Affiliates and Paid Social, and be able to manage Google Ad performance through an agency.
It will be based in a London office on a hybrid basis each week, and paying up to £65k, depending on experience.
You will be data-driven and be able to create a strategy based on driving sales and channel growth, be able to optimise and execute campaigns, with proven experience of increasing ROAS and conversions.
The ideal person will be able to launch and grow the Affiliate channel and TikTok Shop, with an ability to provide recommendations based on analytics and insights.
You must be able to work well in a start-up environment, with ever-changing needs and demands. You will have proven experience of being able to grow performance channels and be highly proactive in nature. You will have the ability to work with senior stakeholders and c-suite.
