Job summary

NielsenIQ is seeking a commercially minded leader to accelerate Marketing Effectiveness adoption across West Europe. You will drive opportunities, shape proposals, and guide clients to solutions like MMM, Matched Panel Testing, and Cadence.

Reporting to the Western European Marketing Effectiveness Leader, you’ll partner with sales to win large programs, craft compelling pitches, and showcase measurable impact while maintaining equal pay principles and transparent criteria.

Qualifications

• Proven sales success in MMM/Marketing Effectiveness programs with high-value pitches.
• Experience in consulting, analytics, or consumer research focused on MMMs.
• Deep knowledge of media evaluation and applying insights to client challenges.
• Strong business development with ability to translate needs into solutions.
• Thought leadership with ability to present at events or webinars is a plus.
• Familiar with sales processes and proposal development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluency in English required; German language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by activating opportunities for MMM and Media Experiments.
• Strengthen client relationships with high-quality RFIs, RFPs and proposals.
• Amplify product value through internal and client-facing thought leadership.
• Enable team collaboration with knowledge sharing and training initiatives.
