With paid social nearing saturation, the team is now looking to diversify their acquisition mix and crack the next wave of sustainable growth.

We’re hiring a Growth Lead (New Channels) to identify, test, and scale non-traditional acquisition channels. From influencer partnerships and podcast collaborations to YouTube, events and emerging offline plays.

You’ll be a key part of a high-performing growth team, owning and shaping what new channel success looks like and turning scrappy experiments into repeatable engines.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact growth role and drive performance through creativity, partnerships and commercial thinking.

The Opportunity

  • Own and execute the new channels strategy across digital and non-digital platforms
  • Build partnerships with influencers, podcasts, YouTube creators and other high-reach channels
  • Launch and optimise test campaigns, balancing bold bets with data-driven iteration
  • Develop scalable playbooks for successful channels
  • Collaborate closely with creative, content, brand and CRM to align messaging and output
  • Share insights and performance data to help shape wider growth strategy

About You

  • 3–5+ years in growth, performance or commercial D2C roles
  • Experience testing and scaling new acquisition channels
  • Comfortable negotiating and managing partner relationships
  • Data-literate, creative and commercially sharp
