Reports to: Head of Growth / Account Director
Core Responsibility: Lead holistic growth strategies that connect media buying, creative, and CRO to scale e-commerce brands profitably.
KPI: Client revenue growth, CAC/LTV targets, retention, and cross-service upsells

Core Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Planning
- Develop 12-month roadmaps across creative, performance, and CRO.
- Set ambitious, data-driven KPIs for acquisition and retention.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to uncover growth opportunities.
Client Leadership
- Act as strategic anchor for key accounts, linking actions to business outcomes.
- Align POD members (media buyers, creatives, AMs) to deliver results.
- Present insights and recommendations persuasively to senior stakeholders.
Data & Optimisation
- Use Shopify, Triple Whale, and ad analytics to monitor performance.
- Translate raw data into actionable strategies and client recommendations.
- Ensure profitability targets (ROAS, CAC, LTV) are consistently achieved.
Team & Mentorship
- Mentor junior strategists and support cross-functional collaboration.
- Contribute to building best-in-class processes across the agency.
Requirements
What Success Looks Like
- 6 Months: Delivering profitable strategies across accounts, aligning POD teams effectively.
- 12 Months: Trusted with flagship clients, mentoring junior team members, and refining growth frameworks.
- 24 Months: Progression to Head of Growth, shaping agency-wide growth strategy and leading large account portfolios.

Skills & Experience
- 3–5+ years in growth/performance marketing.
- Proven experience scaling e-commerce brands profitably.
- Strong grasp of acquisition funnels, retention levers, CAC/LTV.
- Experience leading client strategy and/or mentoring a team.
