Job summary

Claremont Project in Angel, Islington is seeking a Business Development and Fundraising Manager to grow income from hall hire, therapy room hire, office lettings and donations, strengthening vital services for vulnerable adults.

You will develop and implement marketing initiatives, build partnerships, promote our hire spaces online, and coordinate fundraising events such as the Claremont Exhibits Private View and Craft Fairs, while managing Gift Aid and donor engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience of business development, marketing, fundraising or customer engagement in charity, public or commercial sectors.
• Experience promoting services or venues and achieving income improvements.
• Excellent customer service and relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience organising projects from planning to delivery.
• Knowledge of digital tools for marketing and bookings (Wordpress, video editing).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase bookings for halls and meeting rooms.
• Promote hire spaces online, build partnerships, and grow bookings through local networking.
• Improve online presence and promotional materials, including photography and video tours.
• Support lettings of office space and respond to tenant enquiries; assist with the lettings process.
• Monitor booking trends and identify opportunities to maximise income.
