Job summary

Guardian Childcare & Education in Willaston is seeking an Educator to inspire young minds and support children's learning in a warm, collaborative team.

You will implement the 'To BE Me' learning program, help track milestones, and work between 7am and 6pm on a rotating Monday–Friday roster.

Completion of required Child Protection training and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or working towards it are expected, with WWCC and future career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Mandatory national Child Protection training completed via GECCKO platform.
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or working towards an ECE qualification.
• Availability to work 7am–6pm, Monday to Friday, rotating roster.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning using Guardian learning program in a collaborative team.
• Share milestones with families and contribute to a positive learning environment.
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development with the team.
