Job summary

UK Management College seeks a commercially minded Digital Marketing Executive to support student recruitment and digital growth from its Derby campus. You will manage high-quality prospective student leads through paid channels (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads) and nurture them via HubSpot CRM.

You will combine hands-on media buying with CRM, analytics and automation, monitoring campaigns from setup to lead generation, optimisation and reporting with a focus on lead volume and quality.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
• Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with Google Ads.
• Experience with TikTok Ads.
• CRM experience, ideally HubSpot.
• Understanding of lead tracking, attribution, and UTM parameters.
• Experience with email marketing and marketing automation.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch and optimise lead-generation campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Ads.
• Manage campaign targeting, budgets, placements, lead forms and landing-page traffic.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise to improve lead volume, quality and cost efficiency.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and implement optimisation actions.
• Support A/B testing of audiences, messaging, creative, lead forms and landing pages.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team for assets, messaging and calls to action.
• Monitor KPIs and analyse data to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Prepare regular performance reports on spend, leads and channel performance.
