Sowena Group, exclusive to a market-leading direct-to-consumer brand in West Cheshire, seeks a new CFO to drive growth and financial performance. You will own the finance function end-to-end, lead a high-performing team, and partner with the CEO to shape pricing, margins and capital allocation.

The role focuses on robust forecasting, financial modelling, governance and reporting, plus implementing scalable systems and automation to boost efficiency and decision-making.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification.
• Experience leading finance in high-growth D2C business.
• Strong technical expertise in financial controls, planning, governance and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Own the finance function end-to-end, from management accounts and cash flow to Group reporting.
• Lead and develop the Finance team to deliver high-impact commercial insights.
• Partner with CEO and leadership on pricing, margins and growth opportunities.
• Drive strategic planning with forecasting, modelling and scenario analysis.
• Implement scalable systems, controls and automation to improve efficiency.
• Provide clear insights to senior stakeholders and manage multi-channel finances.
