As Renewables (Wind) Growth Enablement Manager, you will be an important contributor to Maersk Project Logistics (MPL) growth journey and ambitions. In the renewables growth enablement team, you will have 3 colleagues with whom you will have close collaboration and be part of a regional growth enablement team spanning across 4 verticals who are all dedicated to MPL’s growth ambitions. The position is in the UK, preferably Liverpool but other locations can be considered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Approach new leads jointly with relevant sales colleagues, transferring opportunity ownership to sales in line with sales accountability.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate can offer:

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels and the ability to set clear direction, priorities, and focus.
  • Great communication skills at all levels – fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Capable of setting your own agenda, prioritizing tasks, and executing them effectively to achieve agreed goals.
  • Commercial and negotiation skillsets.
  • Flexibility to travel for exhibitions and customer meetings.
