Martin Veasey Talent Solutions is hiring a Website Manager to lead WordPress websites, SEO strategy, UX/Ux and CRO for measurable growth. You will drive performance using analytics, content strategy, and optimization to maximise enquiries and conversions.

The role reports to Marketing leadership and involves coordinating with external partners to implement improvements, build roadmaps, and deliver business impact through digital channels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Website Manager or Digital Marketing roles with strong WordPress knowledge.
• Excellent understanding of technical, on-page and content SEO.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise multiple WordPress websites and digital platforms.
• Improve user experience, journeys, and conversion rates.
• Lead technical SEO, on-page SEO and site architecture improvements.
• Develop landing pages, case studies and blog content for conversion.
• Analyse website data and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Oversee app management and work with external developers.
