AB Sports Nutrition is seeking an Operations Director to lead the end-to-end supply chain as the business scales rapidly across procurement, manufacturing, planning, logistics, and customer operations.

You will drive transformation initiatives, optimise in-house manufacturing and supplier strategy, and embed scalable ways of working while maintaining safety, quality and compliance, reporting to the Managing Director and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team.

Formación

• Experience leading a manufacturing facility in FMCG/CPG.
• Track record of end-to-end supply chain leadership in scale-up environments.
• Experience in site/plant leadership roles.
• Strong numerical and planning capabilities; Excel-driven processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end supply chain from procurement to distribution.
• Lead transformation initiatives to improve systems and processes.
• Balance strategic direction with hands-on operational execution.
