Job summary

Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd invites applications for a Small Works Estimator in Liverpool. The role focuses on estimating for small-scale repairs and maintenance projects, typically up to £15k, with an attractive salary range of £28,500-£32,500 and potential flexibility up to £40,000 for the right experience.

You’ll join a close-knit SME and own elements of the estimating process. You'll review enquiries, arrange site visits, obtain costs, and produce competitive quotations while developing

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in estimating, repairs, fixing or maintenance.
• Experience within a subcontractor environment (plumbing/electrical/joinery).
• Strong numerical and analytical ability.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Review client enquiries and scopes of work.
• Arrange engineer site visits and review survey information.
• Refine scopes and obtain costs from suppliers.
• Produce accurate and competitive quotations.
• Manage costs through the job tracking system.
• Work with coordinators, engineers and subcontractors to ensure a smooth process.
