You will own health and safety, drive continuous improvement, collaborate with international sites, and report to the Operations Director as the business scales its operation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading production/operations teams in a high‑volume batch environment.
• Experience managing manual and semi-automatic lines, with some exposure to robotics or automation.
• Track record of growing teams through equipment installation or line commissioning.
