Job summary

Premier Jobs UK is recruiting an experienced Financial Planning Manager to lead a team of around 20 financial advisors (employed and self-employed) across the region in a fast-growing wealth management firm.

You will coach advisors to hit business plans and commercial targets, drive growth while maintaining compliance, and shape the future of the advisory capability with strong training and development support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing financial advisors in a wealth management or IFA environment.
• Strong track record of driving commercial results and advisor performance.
• Experience with both employed and self-employed advisor models.
• Desirable: Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach advisors to achieve their business plans and commercial targets.
• Develop strong client implementation plans and monitor advisor performance.
• Regular advisor-facing meetings, observations, and attending client meetings.
• Manage day-to-day training and competence (T&C) responsibilities.
• Drive commercial growth whilst maintaining compliance standards.
