A growing South West multi-office firm of chartered accountants is seeking a Business Services Director or Partner to join from Bristol with a remit to expand accounts, tax and business services, driving business development and building the team around you.

The role offers either salaried or equity routes, with a clear progression path and a strong independent culture focused on long-term growth alongside the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CTA with UK practice background.
• Experience at Director/Partner level or progression to it.
• Proven ability to grow client base and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of accounts, tax and advisory services for a mixed portfolio.
• Grow and develop the business services lines through BD and hiring.
• Take on an office lead role alongside the wider leadership team.
• Mentor and develop the accounting team to achieve targets.
