Nurseplus UK is seeking a Branch Manager for the Swindon branch to own growth across sales and recruitment. You’ll lead from the front, win new business, build client relationships, and drive a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced healthcare staffing environment.

You’ll oversee the full recruitment process, coach consultants to hit targets, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. This hands‑on leadership role offers autonomy, clear progression, and the chance to shape a growing national brand.

Qualifications

• Proven background in recruitment and/or sales.
• Experience developing new business and winning clients.
• Strong track record of achieving targets and delivering results.
• Previous leadership experience, or ready to step into a management role.
• Commercial awareness, resilience, and a proactive approach.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Growing the branch: win new business through proactive outreach, networking, and client meetings; build long-term relationships across the healthcare sector; identify opportunities to increase revenue; lead by example in business development.
• Driving recruitment performance: oversee the full recruitment process; support consultants to maximise performance; ensure a strong pipeline of quality candidates.
• Leading your team: manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing team; create a positive, target-driven culture; coach consultants to improve sales and recruitment results.
