Job summary

Bellrock Group is seeking a Growth Director to drive sustainable expansion in the IAC private sector by building strategic client relationships and converting market opportunities into differentiated, commercially viable solutions. The role blends strategic development, solution design and proposition leadership across FM, engineering, consulting and tech to deliver integrated, insight-led services.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in prospecting, securing and converting complex contracts across FM and real estate services.
• Strong experience in strategic business development, consultative selling and managing major bids end to end.
• Established relationships with senior private sector stakeholders, credibility at C-suite level.
• Knowledge of the FM and property services market, outsourcing trends and competitors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver growth strategies to secure new business and expand existing client accounts.
• Identify new opportunities through prospecting, market insight and strategic relationship development.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, driving new business acquisition and account growth.
• Lead major sales opportunities from initial engagement through to contract award.
• Develop tailored, commercially competitive solutions aligned with client needs and Bellrock’s value proposition.
• Collaborate across Business Units to maximise cross-selling opportunities and deliver integrated service solutions.
• Lead bid strategies, client proposals and commercial negotiations to secure profitable contracts.
• Work with commercial and pricing teams to develop innovative proposals that demonstrate value and protect margins.
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, forecasting and opportunity management through HubSpot.
• Support successful contract mobilisation and structured handover to operational teams.
• Deliver annual sales targets, driving conversion rates, gross margin and sustainable business growth.

Role Overview

To drive sustainable growth across Bellrock’s Intelligent Asset Care (IAC) private sector business by developing strategic client relationships, identifying and converting market opportunities, and creating differentiated, commercially viable solutions.

The role combines strategic business development, solution development and proposition leadership to execute Bellrock’s growth strategy. Working collaboratively across the Group, the Growth Director will bring together FM, engineering, consulting and technology capabilities to deliver integrated, insight-led solutions that strengthen client relationships and support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver growth strategies to secure new business and expand existing client accounts.
• Identify new opportunities through targeted prospecting, market insight and strategic relationship development.

Skills & Experience

• Proven track record of prospecting, securing and converting complex, multi-service contracts across FM and real estate services.
• Strong experience in strategic business development, consultative selling and managing major bids end to end, including solution design, commercial modelling and pricing.
• Established relationships with senior private sector stakeholders, with credibility at C-suite level.
• Strong knowledge of the FM and property services market, including client demands, outsourcing trends and competitors.
• Excellent commercial acumen, with the ability to translate client needs into viable, competitive solutions.
• Experience influencing and collaborating across matrix organisations and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM and sales reporting tools.

Desirable

• Degree in business, sales, marketing or a related field.
• Experience developing customer value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
• Understanding of customer experience, customer success and journey design.
• Experience leading innovation, transformation or strategic growth initiatives.
• Knowledge of technology-enabled, data-driven and outcome-based service models.

Working arrangements
