A leading digital studio is seeking a visionary and entrepreneurial Growth Director to spearhead business development and strategic expansion.

The opportunity:

As Growth Director, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing a dynamic business development strategy that expands the studio’s client base, market presence, and creative reach. You’ll build relationships with new partners, craft compelling proposals, and lead high-level pitches - while collaborating closely with the leadership and creative teams to ensure alignment with the studio’s vision.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading the creation and execution of a proactive growth strategy to increase the studio’s impact and visibility
• Identifying, developing, and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships
• Delivering powerful pitches, proposals, and presentations that win business and build lasting relationships
• Collaborating with senior leadership and creative teams to ensure growth efforts align with strategic goals
• Acting as a brand ambassador at industry events, festivals, and gatherings to enhance market presence
• Monitoring industry trends and emerging market shifts to inform strategy and stay ahead of the curve
• Shaping internal strategies and initiatives to support sustainable, long-term growth
• Fostering a growth-focused culture across the team by promoting commercial thinking and creativity

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Growth Director, Business Development Director, or similar senior role within a creative, digital, design, or innovation-led environment
• A proactive, ambitious approach with a track record of driving successful business development initiatives
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the confidence to lead pitches and close deals
• Strong commercial instincts and the ability to think strategically and entrepreneurially
• Experience crafting business plans, structuring initiatives, and aligning growth with company goals
• A passion for the creative industries and a deep understanding of how to connect with clients and audiences
• Resilient, driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional storytelling skills and the ability to inspire through clear, compelling narratives
