Job summary

Lovable in London is seeking a growth marketing lead to own the end-to-end creative testing loop, driving hundreds of assets monthly while preserving Lovable’s distinctive style.

You will build and automate the creative operating system, act as the creative performance decision maker, and turn data into compelling concepts. This role is based in London and not eligible for remote work.

Qualifications

• High-volume creative testing experience in performance marketing.
• Experience using AI tools daily and building something others depend on.
• Strong opinions on what makes an ad work.
• Excellent writing for ads: briefs, hooks, scripts.
• Willing to be wrong in public; comfortable with rapid testing.
• Ability to move fast while maintaining craft.

Responsibilities

• Decide what we test, why, and what the results mean.
• Build workflows that turn insights into hundreds of assets monthly.
• Own creative ops: intake, briefing, production, QA, launch, post-mortem and automate where possible.
• Judge which creatives to scale, cut, or tweak while preserving quality.
• Design pipelines to generate, adapt, and localise creative at volume with quality checks.
• Lead brainstorms and briefs, turning learnings into actionable briefs.
• Ensure learnings reach relevant teams so Lovable improves across channels.
