Qualifications

• Experience running high-volume creative testing for performance marketing.
• Proficiency with daily use of AI tools and building related workflows.
• Strong ability to write briefs and ads for performance campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative operating system: intake, briefing, production, QA, launch, post-mortem.
• Judge and scale high-performing creatives to protect quality and Lovable’s taste.
• Design pipelines that generate, adapt and localise creative at volume with quality checks.
• Turn data and insights into concepts, hooks, formats, messages and pacing.
• Lead brainstorming and briefing sessions to translate learnings into briefs.
• Spread learnings across teams to inform website, emails and app store content.
