Aldrich & Company Limited is seeking an Investment Manager to join its growing South-East Investment Team in Reigate. You will manage the full investment lifecycle, originate opportunities, perform due diligence, model financial scenarios and support portfolio growth across high-growth SMEs.

Based in Reigate with travel across the South of England and some home working, you will have 5+ years of relevant experience and ideally ACA or CIMA qualifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity, Corporate Finance or related environments.
• Strong financial modelling skills and ability to build relationships with management teams and advisers.
• Commercially minded, numerate and analytical with strong investment acumen.

Responsabilités

• Originating new investment opportunities and building relationships with local businesses and advisers.
• Appraising potential investments including financial analysis, modelling and due diligence.
• Preparing investment papers and presentations to Investment Committee.
• Collaborating with management teams on deal structures, terms and execution.
• Supporting portfolio companies with growth strategy and performance monitoring.
