As a Growth Business Advisor, you will play a crucial role in fostering the success of growth businesses. This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to shape the economic landscape and contribute to the region's prosperity. You will provide strategic advice, coaching, and mentoring to ambitious business owners, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their growth objectives.

Business Gateway Aberdeen City & Shire is delivered by Aberdeenshire Council on behalf of both Aberdeenshire Council & Aberdeen City Council.

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.

The base location for this role is Woodhill House, with travel throughout Aberdeen City & Aberdeenshire. The role is full-time and permanent; however, flexible working arrangements can be considered. The work style is hybrid and client-facing, involving a mix of office work, site visits throughout the region, and home working. A current full driving licence and a car are required for this position.

This role may require flexible, evening, and weekend working on occasion.
