Job summary

WPP Media, part of Mindshare, seeks an experienced Account Director for Digital & Biddable media on a 12‑month maternity cover. You will lead paid social campaigns across multiple markets, oversee QA and delivery standards, and maintain senior client relationships while coordinating offshore delivery teams.

Experience across regulated industries and cross‑channel campaigns is essential. The role is hybrid with UK-based offices and a focus on strategic delivery and client stewardship.

Qualifications

• Hands-on delivery of paid social campaigns with cross-channel knowledge.
• Proven experience managing senior client relationships and multi‑client portfolios.
• Ability to operate in regulated environments and global multi‑market campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of campaign delivery quality across the portfolio.
• Act as senior day-to-day client contact and director-level liaison.
• Oversee QA, activation, performance optimisation and reporting cycles.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore delivery teams and junior staff.
