  • Produce clear, insight-rich monthly portfolio reports for the Chief Global Client Officer, highlighting performance against targets and recommended actions.
  • Embed KPIs and governance that hold teams accountable for revenue and growth milestones.

Strategic Insights & Executive Reporting

  • Own the end-to-end analytics narrative for the Global Accelerator Client portfolio including forecast accuracy, pipeline health, risk, and opportunity.
  • Partner with Growth & Insights colleagues to use the Growth Insights Dashboard (PowerBI), CRM (Salesforce) and other BI tools for real-time, actionable views.
  • Package data into crisp, decision-ready stories for executive audiences.

Client Business Planning

  • Lead the orchestration and management of the Client Business Planning process (Key Account Management) for Global Accelerator Clients.
  • Drive the annual and quarterly planning cycles, ensuring plans articulate client objectives, growth whitespace, solution roadmaps, and actionable milestones.
  • Collaborate with ICLs, capability leads, and regional teams to align resources, set revenue targets, and track progress against plan.
  • Maintain a living repository of client plans, synthesizing insights and sharing best practices and case studies across the portfolio and network.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Experience in growth operations, enablement, pipeline management, key account management, or similar role within a global, matrixed organization.
  • Proven ability to transform complex data into actionable commercial insights and plans.
  • Confident communicator and storyteller, comfortable engaging C-suite stakeholders.
  • Track record of building scalable processes that deliver measurable revenue impact.
  • Advanced user of CRM (Salesforce) and BI visualization tools (PowerBI or similar).
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across regions, cultures, and disciplines.
