Job Description:

A high-end, professional and forward-thinking Law Firm based in the City is seeking a bright, intelligent, and ambitious individual to join their Business Operations Team as a Growth and Communications Executive. Working alongside a team of high-performing individuals, you will play a key part in delivering the firm's growth plans over the upcoming years. This is a rare opportunity for someone with solid experience within Professional Services (ideally legal or financial services) in roles such as Business Development, Growth Executive, Business Strategist, or Client Manager.

This is a busy, varied, and high-profile role within the firm and will be pivotal to its success. Working collaboratively but with high levels of autonomy, the successful candidate will work with various department heads to communicate and monitor firm growth progress and targets, lead all internal presentations to help cross-sell the firm, and provide strategic advice to departments on business plans and processes while analyzing best practices.

Additionally, you will help lead the organization of events, work on various committees, conduct thorough financial and market analysis, and create first-class reports to shape the strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have an analytical approach to work, be comfortable with numbers, possess first-class communication skills, and have the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders. You should be motivated, ambitious, and comfortable in a client-facing role while understanding the importance of data. A degree and experience in a professional services firm with a global reach are essential.

This role is full-time, permanent, and hybrid (minimum 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home).
