Gather and Gather CH&CO, part of Compass Group UK&I, is expanding its Oxford site. We are looking for a kitchen professional to prepare and deliver hot dishes with excellent presentation while managing production for 80-100 covers daily.

You will support breakfast and lunch service, uphold HACCP standards, assist with stock control, and join a driven catering team focused on outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume kitchen operations.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
• Ability to work breakfast and lunch service hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver a range of fresh, high-quality hot dishes with presentation
• Manage food production for 80-100 covers per day as the site grows
• Support day-to-day kitchen operations for breakfast and lunch service
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and health & safety
• Assist with stock control, ordering and waste management
• Ensure food is prepared, cooked and presented to company standards
• Collaborate with catering team to deliver excellent customer experience
• Contribute ideas for menu development and growth of the site
• Maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment
• Support development of the new operation and increased customer numbers
