We are seeking a highly skilled Grower Manager to oversee the production of Brassica (e.g., cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower) and Root Crops (e.g., carrots, potatoes, turnips) in Scotland. This role presents the opportunity to lead the entire crop production cycle, ensuring excellence from planting to harvest. Key responsibilities include managing the complete crop production process for Brassica and Root Crops, developing and executing crop management plans encompassing irrigation, fertilisation, pest control, and crop rotation.
