  • Respond to all customers booking enquiries across all channels demands within the agreed SLA.
  • Drive to ensure that individual KPI's, targets & expectations and met and further excelling: Booking Conversion, F&B Attachment Rate, Revenue results & customer service quality.
  • Communicate to the wider business to support higher value booking to optimism revenue for Premier Inn.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills, with a logical approach.
  • Ability to uncover opportunities through a good questioning style and strong listening skills.
