Job Description

As a Groups Reservation agent here at the Millennium, you will be responsible for maximising revenue opportunities by driving sales leads and increasing conversions. You will support the hotel by ensuring all customer enquiries for group visits are handled efficiently.

The Group Reservation agent will:

  1. Respond to all incoming inquiries for groups and obtain accurate and detailed quotations promptly from the Revenue Manager.
  2. Input Group/Block Reservations into the OPERA Cloud reservations system, ensuring all details are accurate and complete according to departmental standards.
  3. Ensure the Groups sheet is accurately compiled and distributed on time.
  4. Maintain accurate filing systems for all Group correspondence within the central department, completing all filing daily.
  5. Be yourself, demonstrating excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
  6. Be enthusiastic with a positive attitude that shines through in every interaction.
