Summary

About Park Hyatt London River Thames

Opening in 2024, the hotel offers 203 spacious rooms, including two ambassador suites and a presidential suite. It features stunning city and river views, signature decor, and a central London location near attractions like Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, and Kings Road. The hotel will include fine dining, modern event spaces, and a spa with relaxation lounges, spa rooms, and an indoor pool.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the groups and MICE segments.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and the competitive landscape in MICE, using insights to refine strategies.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within these segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, and agencies to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct site inspections, meetings, and presentations; participate in trade shows and industry events.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to develop integrated sales strategies.

About you

Strong strategic planning, client acquisition, event coordination, and team leadership skills are essential. Adaptability and a proactive approach are important. Prior experience in a similar role is required.
