Duties and responsibilities related to the Groups & Events Sales Manager Role

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue across groups and MICE segments.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and client expectations.
  3. Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities, building a solid pipeline for long-term success.
  4. Cultivate lasting relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and event planners to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
  5. Lead site inspections, client meetings, and presentations with confidence and professionalism.
  6. Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
  7. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Events, and Operations to deliver seamless guest experiences.
