A renowned healthcare establishment in Clydebank, Scotland, is seeking a friendly and professional Groups Coordinator to manage group and corporate reservations. Responsibilities include responding to enquiries, checking availability, providing quotes, and processing payments. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills and offers flexibility in working hours. The position is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
The Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel is a 4-star hotel and conference centre with 170 bedrooms and 15 conference spaces. It is Scotland’s leading residential conference venue, accredited as a Venue of Excellence and a member of the International Association of Conference Centres.
We are seeking a friendly and professional Groups Coordinator to join our team. You will collaborate with the events and reception teams to handle group and corporate enquiries and reservations. As the first point of contact, you will provide a warm and efficient first impression of the hotel, advising clients on availability, rates, and hotel facilities, and managing enquiries throughout the booking process.

The role requires flexibility, strong organizational and communication skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities. Experience in a busy environment with changing priorities is essential.
This position involves working four days out of seven, primarily during office hours, with flexibility for evenings and weekends. Alternative shift patterns can be discussed during the interview. This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
