A Groups Conference and Events Sales Coordinator will support the sales administration needs for hotel events and work closely with customers to determine their needs and build repeat and expanded business.

What will I be doing?

As a Conference and Events Sales Administrator, you will:

  • Support sales administration needs for hotel events and work closely with customers to determine their needs and build repeat and expanded business.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to contribute to strategy and promotional activities.
  • Maximize revenue through proactive selling and management techniques.
  • Convert customer enquiries into confirmed sales.
  • Contribute to sales strategy and planning.
  • Develop future and repeat business, enhancing hotel profitability.
  • Handle customer enquiries professionally and demonstrate high customer service standards.
  • Develop existing accounts focusing on repeat business and upselling.
  • Seek proactive sales opportunities within the team.
  • Implement consistent up-selling techniques.
  • Build strong customer relationships to understand their needs.
  • Arrange and conduct hotel show rounds.
  • Ensure proper administration and execution of events.
  • Participate in hotel promotional activities.
