Job Description

The Global Marketing organisation consolidates Publicis Groupe’s marketing and digital transformation offerings across creativity, media, data, and technology to drive growth. The Business Development team, within this organisation, manages new business globally.

This role involves partnering with key stakeholders to ensure success in new business conversions. You should have a proven track record in project management, stakeholder management, and collaboration across multiple teams and regions. The environment is fast-paced and agile.

  • Produce Winning Work: Manage pitch processes from start to finish, evaluating and improving strategic proposals across media, data, tech, and creative sectors.

  • Lead Teams: Inspire and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and success in pitches. Develop strategies to overcome challenges and promote a positive environment for new business activities.

  • Design, Activate, and Own the Pitch Delivery Plan: Create and implement comprehensive pitch strategies. Manage communication channels, from client insights to senior management coordination. Ensure effective use of media planning and commercial data.

  • Close Collaboration: Collaborate across Publicis Groupe to leverage 'Power of One' opportunities, ensuring stakeholder accountability and timely delivery. Maintain accurate pitch records in Salesforce.
