Victim Support is seeking a Group Work Practitioner to deliver support programs for adults affected by crime in Thames Valley. This home-based role involves managing a caseload while offering group sessions to facilitate emotional healing. We have an exciting opportunity for a Group Work Practitioner to join the team in Thames Valley, working 37.5 hours a week. This role is home-based, with occasional travel throughout the Thames Valley area to attend Team Days.
This position is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Applicants must reside within Oxfordshire, Berkshire, or Buckinghamshire.

As a Group Work Practitioner, you will deliver a range of group work courses and programmes to adults affected by crime in Thames Valley. You will manage your own caseload and collaborate with other service delivery staff within the Thames Valley Adult Victims Service.
The Thames Valley Adult Victims Service provides emotional and practical support to adult victims of any crime, primarily through specialist group work, online, and telephone support.
You should be confident in co-facilitating group work programmes, have strong empathy skills, and be resilient and confident in supporting others, working effectively as part of a team.
