Change Grow Live - Court Street - Leamington Spa is seeking a Group Work Facilitator Apprentice. The role involves delivering and developing group/pod work programmes, such as Foundations of Recovery, using evidence-based practice.

The successful applicant will work towards the Adult Care Worker Level 2 apprenticeship over 15 months, alongside daily roles and responsibilities, which include:

  • Research, design, and prepare subject matter and materials for groups/pods
  • Engage with debriefing and evaluations with co-facilitators after groups/pods
  • Lead on graduation events for service users who have completed the programme
  • Review service user feedback and make adjustments as necessary
  • Tailor specific workshops around the needs of service users
  • Research and confirm community venues as needed
