Job summary

Nesta is hiring a Group Senior Content Producer to lead end-to-end video and audio production, from concept through delivery, with a focus on high-quality, engaging formats. The role requires managing multi-cam shoots, editing, and scaling new workflows across Nesta’s content output.

The post holder will own platform-specific strategies, ensure brand alignment, and drive rapid-turnaround content in response to current events, while collaborating with senior leadership and external suppliers.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in producing high-quality visual podcast formats.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere/Final Cut.
• Ability to manage multi-cam shoots, lighting, and audio.
• Experience scaling workflows and training to improve output.
• Strong project management and supplier coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end video and audio production, from concept to delivery.
• Develop and deliver a new video and audio content strategy for Nesta.
• Oversee budgets and timelines and manage suppliers.
• Pitch ideas to senior leadership and ensure brand and technical guidelines are met.
• Analyse content performance and implement A/B testing to improve outputs.
