Nesta is hiring a Group Senior Content Producer in London. The role leads end-to-end video and audio production, from concept to delivery, across multi-channel campaigns. It requires hands-on production, high organisation and the ability to manage budgets and timelines autonomously.

The successor will drive a digital-first content strategy, oversee creative commissioning, and ensure output aligns with Nesta's brand and comms objectives, working in a collaborative, fast-paced team.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in producing high-quality visual podcast formats with multi-cam, lighting and audio setups.
• Proficient in motion graphics and animation using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Advanced Premiere or Final Cut editing skills for rapid turnaround.
• Experience running photographic shoots and post-production.
• Experience introducing and scaling new workflows, templates and training.
• Strong understanding of generative AI video production tools as an addition, not replacement.
• Platform/channel strategy and ability to repurpose assets for multi-channel campaigns.
• Quality assurance of content formats ensuring creativity, quality and impact.
• Ability to create powerful, engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Proactive opportunity spotting and pitching ideas to senior management.
• End-to-end production leadership including budgets and timelines.
