Job summary

Arqiva Group seeks a Group Treasurer to lead the development and delivery of treasury strategy, manage corporate liquidity, debt financing and financial risk, and safeguard Arqiva’s capital structure.

You will provide strategic treasury advice to the CFO, maintain relationships with banks and rating agencies, and drive governance and compliance across treasury operations in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of treasury operations and liquidity management.
• Experience with debt markets, hedging, and covenants.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting and financial planning skills.
• Ability to provide strategic treasury guidance to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury strategy development and execution to realise the treasury vision.
• Oversee cash, liquidity management and short-term forecasting.
• Manage corporate debt, facilities and capital markets activities to fund operations.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks including FX, rates and counterparty risk.
• Maintain relationships with banks, ratings agencies and investors.
• Ensure treasury policies comply with internal controls and regulations.
• Act as SME on treasury trends and best practices for Arqiva.
• Advise CFO/Board on funding strategies and capital structure.
