Group Travel Coordinator
Location: Royal Tunbridge Wells
Hybrid work: 4 days a week in the office
Salary: up to £26,000 per annum
Ref: 731FR1

Main duties:

  1. Handle group inquiries and bookings from start to finish including inquiry, quotes, proposals, confirmations, etc.
  2. Create customized itineraries based on client requirements.
  3. Coordinate with suppliers for transportation, accommodation, meals, attractions, guides, and VIP experiences.
  4. Represent the company at networking events, FAM trips, and trade shows both in the UK and abroad.

Candidate's Profile:

  1. Team player with the ability to work independently and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  2. Fluency in French is advantageous but not essential.
  3. Additional fluency in Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, or German may also be beneficial.
  4. Strong networking skills, ideally with knowledge in travel/tourism, especially in the French and North American/Canadian markets.
  5. Creative, confident, detail-oriented, and flexible with the ability to work outside regular hours.
  6. Experience in the travel trade (preferably with a tour operator) is preferable.
  7. Good geographical knowledge of the UK and proficiency in Microsoft 365.
  8. Full UK driving license and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
